The Pew Research Center's Hispanic Trends Project:
Launched in 2001 to "to improve public understanding of the diverse Hispanic population in the United States and to chronicle Latinos’ growing impact on the nation," the site hosts a wealth of relevant statistics and interactive infographics. Particularly helpful is the 2012 Statistical Portrait of Hispanics in the United States, which has detailed information about Latino education, income, occupation, country of origin, geographical distribution etc. Reports can also be browsed by topic, for example, librarians may find the digital divide section of particular interest.
US Census Bureau:
A wealth of data can be found on this website, from demographics by state, county, and city, to specific data based on "Hispanic Race." A powerpoint created in 2008 based on data from 2006 that highlights changing trends and predictions for the Latino population is also available.
